About Us

There are thousands of places to download an APK. Very few of them tell you whether it’s actually safe.

That’s the gap APKLoops was built to fill.

We built this platform for Android users who want straight answers what they’re downloading, why a specific version matters, what permissions an app is asking for, and whether a real person checked the file before it went live.

What We Do

APKLoops.com is an independent Android APK library. We find, test, verify, and publish APK files for Android apps and games along with honest information about each one.

Every file goes through a manual review before it’s published. We don’t scrape app stores, auto generate listings, or bulk-import files. Each APK is handled one at a time. If we can’t verify a file is clean and working, it doesn’t go up.

How We Review Every APK

Source Verification — We only accept APKs traceable to an official developer source or confirmed legitimate distribution. Unverifiable files are rejected immediately.

Multi-Engine Safety Scan — Every file is scanned across 10+ antivirus engines. We also run static analysis to catch suspicious permissions and obfuscated code that basic scanners miss.

Real Device Testing — Our reviewers install each APK on physical Android devices across multiple Android versions. Not emulators. Not virtual machines. If it doesn’t install cleanly and behave as described, it doesn’t get listed.

Ongoing Monitoring — Files are re-scanned on a regular cycle after publishing. Any listing flagged by a user report gets reviewed within 24 hours.

What We Will Never Host

  • Cracked or pirated versions of paid apps
  • APKs modified to include ads, trackers, or injected code
  • Files we cannot verify through a traceable source
  • Anything that violates a developer’s terms of service
  • Apps flagged for spyware, adware, or data harvesting

This line doesn’t move regardless of how popular an app is or how much traffic it might bring.

Our Team

APKLoops is run by a small team of Android enthusiasts and mobile security reviewers. Not a content farm. Not an automated pipeline.

Arshad Khan — Founder & Lead Reviewer Android developer and app researcher with over a decade in the Android ecosystem. Arshad personally reviews all high-risk and high-demand APK submissions and built the standards this site runs on.

Sara Rauf — Security & Permissions Analyst Sara specializes in mobile threat analysis and APK permission auditing. She owns the scanning pipeline and has final sign-off on any file with elevated permission requests.

Ali Ahmad — App Reviewer & Writer Ali Ahmad covers Android apps across entertainment, productivity, and utilities. He tests every listing on real devices and writes the compatibility notes you see on each page.

Priya Lal — Editorial Lead Priya manages content accuracy, listing quality, and editorial standards across the site. If a page is unclear, outdated, or not genuinely useful, it doesn’t go live.

Our Editorial Standards

Every APK page on APKLoops includes:

  • File version, size, and SHA/MD5 hash
  • Permissions explained in plain English
  • Changelogs sourced directly from official developer release notes
  • A “Last Reviewed” date
  • Any known bugs or compatibility issues, disclosed openly
  • Clear labelling on outdated versions

Correction Policy

If something on our site is wrong, we fix it visibly not silently. Corrections are noted at the top of the affected page with a timestamp and a brief explanation of what changed. If you spot an error or a security concern, our Contact page goes directly to the team. We investigate every report.
